House of STEM™, a Straight Path 4 Humanity initiative

Curiosity Becomes Capability.

The House of STEM is where excellence is the standard and champion careers are built™.

House of STEM™ gives young people opportunities to learn, explore, build, and connect through real-world STEM experiences, from motorsports and engineering to technology, environmental science, agriculture, and emerging careers. Students get to see what is possible, and experience it for themselves.

See it in action

Real people. Real projects. Real experiences.

House of STEM is built around experiences students remember, from K-12 robotics and engineering to agriculture, emergency response, motorsports, college partnerships, technology, and community projects.

Dystany Spurlock

House of STEM Ambassador · American History Maker · NASCAR Racer

Dystany Spurlock made history in 2026 as the first Black woman to compete at the NASCAR regional level and the first Black woman to compete in one of NASCAR’s three national touring series. She finished seventh in her ARCA East debut. This female former truck driver started out in motorcycle racing at age 17. Dystany, living up to her name, is set on doing the extraordinary. She's been featured on the Today Show, The Breakfast Club, and more. Richard "RG5" Gadson

Motors & Motorsports Director, House of STEM · Engineer · NHRA World Champion

Richard "RG5" Gadson brings championship experience, engineering expertise, and a commitment to helping the next generation see what is possible. Richard Gadson’s first championship in 2011 started something huge. Too many individual wins to count led to his list of Pro World Championships: the SEMDRA Pro Mod Championship, then the NHDRO Pro Comp Championship and the Manufacturer’s Cup (ManCup) Championship. The XDA championship came in 2018. And now Richard is racing in the premier professional drag racing organization in the world. “NHRA has some of the stiffest competition in professional drag racing.” In 2025, Richard was crowned NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle World Champion, and he is a 2026 Pro Stock season winner. The rest of 2026 is looking amazing for him. Hailing from a racing family, his father, the legendary Skip Gadson, was well known and respected in the sport, and now his son, a World Champion, graces the House of STEM stage with experience ranging from grudge racing to tuning. A degree in engineering, and now NHRA domination. Richard Gadson shows himself as a true champion on and off the track.

Kiana Ali Gadson

Exec Director House of STEM · 20+ Years in Motorsports Athlete & Talent Management · SP4H Director

For more than two decades, Kiana Ali Gadson has built partnerships, opened doors, and managed careers in motorsports, working with OEMs and corporations including Kawasaki USA/Japan, Monster Energy, and Ducati, and a wider circle of national and international corporations, apparel brands, TV shows, magazines, teams, and schools.

Some say she was the beauty and the force as she stood with two reigning champions of racing legacy while raising a third, Laila. That experience set her standard of excellence. "In life, true champions are formed by their environment, the choices they make, and the paths they continue to choose," Ali says. It is the toughness she brought to build SP4H and House of STEM™, where she builds for partners the way she built for champions: with accountability, access, and results.
